The evening begins with a cosmopolitan aperitif, featuring refined bubbles and world-inspired flavours, while the sax and guitar weave the first notes of a sophisticated, upbeat atmosphere.

Then the scene moves to the Ai Giardini di Sassa Restaurant, where an international gourmet dinner takes centre stage: creative dishes, bold pairings and an elegant mise en scène designed to delight every sense.

A renowned female vocalist, accompanied by live musicians, leads the night through a crescendo of swing, pop and refined rhythms, blending emotion, style and celebration.

Each course becomes part of a sensory performance, surrounded by light, smiles and sparkling toasts that connect every guest in a single, vibrant experience.

After midnight, the Sala Lugano turns into the stage of the city’s most dynamic after party — an explosion of sound, light and conviviality that keeps the night dancing into the new year.

24, 25 and 26 December 2025 Festive Season

At Villa Sassa, the Festive Season is an invitation to experience the art of hospitality in an atmosphere of warmth, flavour, and conviviality.

From Christmas Eve to St. Stephen’s Day, each occasion becomes a moment to share, enhanced by culinary creations that celebrate both tradition and the Chef’s creativity.

The Christmas Eve menu opens with marinated salmon with bergamot, continues with ziti pasta with turnip tops and cod mi-cuit, and reaches its peak with Swiss char flavoured with saffron and the sweet surprise of banana reinterpreted.

On Christmas Day, the table shines with refined flavours that blend elegance and local character: octopus terrine with clementines and Ticino büscion cheese, pumpkin raviolo with Piora fondue, double-cooked capon, and a delicate vanilla and almond bavarois.

Finally, the St. Stephen’s Day menu pays tribute to winter ingredients, featuring goose liver marinated in Saracena passito wine, cedar and Castelmagno risotto, and roasted beef fillet with pumpkin.
