April 5 and 6, 2026 Easter and Easter Monday
Celebrate Easter in the refined atmosphere of Villa Sassa with a special menu created by our Chef, designed to highlight the flavours of spring. The culinary journey begins with a delicate scallop carpaccio with cherries, sheep’s milk yogurt and pistachio, followed by liquid asparagus ravioli with yellow tomato and burrata foam. As a main course, choose between sautéed turbot fillet with zucchini alla scapece and clams or Swiss lamb prepared in different styles. The experience concludes with a sweet tradition: our Easter egg.
For younger guests, a Kid’s Menu has been designed to make the day special for the whole family, featuring ham and fontina crêpes, crispy chicken fillets with potato croquettes, and a delightful Easter surprise. In addition, the new Kids Room is available for children aged 4 to 10, open from 11:30 to 16:00, where parents can leave their children to play and enjoy themselves in complete peace of mind.
In the afternoon, the magic continues with an Easter egg hunt in the gardens of Villa Sassa, a joyful moment to be shared together.
