For the main course, choose between pan-seared turbot loin with marinated zucchini and clams or Swiss lamb prepared in different styles. The finale celebrates sweet tradition with our Easter Egg dessert.

For younger guests, a Kid’s Menu makes the day special for the whole family, featuring ham and Fontina crêpes, crispy chicken fillets with potato croquettes and a delicious Easter surprise.
