April 5 and 6, 2026 Easter and Easter Monday
Celebrate Easter in the refined atmosphere of Villa Sassa with a special menu created by our Chef, designed to highlight the flavours of spring.
The culinary journey begins with a delicate scallop crudo with cherries, sheep’s milk yogurt and pistachio crumble, followed by liquid asparagus ravioli with yellow tomato and burrata foam. For the main course, choose between pan-seared turbot loin with marinated zucchini and clams or Swiss lamb prepared in different styles. The finale celebrates sweet tradition with our Easter Egg dessert.
For younger guests, a Kid’s Menu makes the day special for the whole family, featuring ham and Fontina crêpes, crispy chicken fillets with potato croquettes and a delicious Easter surprise.
