At Villa Sassa, the Festive Season is an invitation to experience the art of hospitality in an atmosphere of warmth, flavour, and conviviality.
From Christmas Eve to St. Stephen’s Day, each occasion becomes a moment to share, enhanced by culinary creations that celebrate both tradition and the Chef’s creativity.
The Christmas Eve menu opens with marinated salmon with bergamot, continues with ziti pasta with turnip tops and cod mi-cuit, and reaches its peak with Swiss char flavoured with saffron and the sweet surprise of banana reinterpreted.
On Christmas Day, the table shines with refined flavours that blend elegance and local character: octopus terrine with clementines and Ticino büscion cheese, pumpkin raviolo with Piora fondue, double-cooked capon, and a delicate vanilla and almond bavarois.
- Finally, the St. Stephen’s Day menu pays tribute to winter ingredients, featuring goose liver marinated in Saracena passito wine, cedar and Castelmagno risotto, and roasted beef fillet with pumpkin.
